　　把脚埋在海边温暖的沙里，使劲往上跳跃，浪花、沙子、身体随着音乐在空中舞动。愿意跟我们一起创造这样的律动场景吗？踩着今年夏天的尾巴，我们让你梦想成真。由深圳市盐田区人民政府、深圳第二十六届世界大学生夏季运动会组委会执行局、中国杯帆船赛组委会联合主办，香港untitled娱乐及深圳锐厉舞志策划之“2009中国杯帆船赛•Whisper Festival”将于2009年10月31日至11月1日在深圳大梅沙海滨公园摇摆登场。
　　何谓“Whisper”？“Whisper”即“喃喃细语”，策划方认为，即使微薄之声，只要聚集一起，也能产生巨大能量，感动你我心灵。
　　音乐仍将是“Whisper Festival”的核心部分，其空前演出阵容包括：曾是U2、Bjork、Massive Attack、Garbage、崔健的音乐出品人Howie B、德国殿堂级跳舞俱乐部Tresor的两位超级DJ—Medy Soul和Pacou、柏林的Super 700与科隆的MIT两支超级乐队、挪威的ost&kjex乐队、德国的european all star hiphop team、芬兰的uusifantasia和eero johannes、广州的DUMDUE精气神组合和Golden Cage乐队、香港Yumla Club DJ 、来自赫尔辛基、柏林和香港的顶尖VJ队伍……将近一百多人的国内外顶尖音乐演出团队，将在“Whisper Festival”上带你畅游美妙的音乐海洋。
　　“Whisper Festival”绝非一般意义上的音乐派对活动！它率先将艺术展览、创意市集与音乐巧妙地融合在一起。由于10月31日当天是“万圣节”，因此也将会成为南中国最大型的户外万圣节音乐嘉年华。在活动现场，你除了可以欣赏到精彩夺目的音乐汇演，还能欣赏到来自世界各国的艺术家带来的先锋艺术作品。国际级的超大型户外LED装置艺术，会令你感觉置身梦幻世界。你甚至能在创意市集的众多摊位上，买到你意想不到的创意产品。当然，你还能在现场品尝到丰富多样的食品与饮品。因此，“Whisper Festival”是一场音乐与艺术、时尚、创意碰撞的跨界艺术嘉年华，它必将翻开深圳户外创新音乐艺术活动历史新的一页。
